At Owatonna Center for the Arts / Orphanage Museum We're onstage approximately 2 pm - 4 pm. Celebration goes until 5 pm 50/50 Raffle, horse-drawn wagon rides, History Stops, book signing by State School authors, and more!
$5 adults, $3 students, free for kids under 5
